Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fernelius dealership. The sales representative Sally Friday did an amazing job getting us the Jeep. Delivered the car right to the house. white glove delivery. I received incredible service when my truck died at the service station. I'm from Maryland so we were about 700 miles from home on vacation. They bent over backwards to help us and managed to find a special order replacement part in 2 days and had us back on the road. Can't say enough about the staff. Both Ryans did an incredible job.
